Are You Struggling with Weight Loss?

If your answer is yes, nothing will change until you realize how much power and control you have! When you become aware of these, you'll see that making healthy choices is not difficult.

I always love to give my clients a   few healthy choices as a part of my coaching treatment so that they can follow up and make the process more enjoyable than possible.  Our weakness is how we think about the circumstances that can make or break our strengths. Is your bad habits mentality creating a pretty unhealthy pattern where you associate good moments with an excuse to derail your health and wellness routine completely?  However, is also think it's important to allow ourselves to enjoy the present and indulge when appropriate.

First, our break from Work is important to take care of ourselves. We have better nutrition and do some physical activities that help detoxify our minds and body. I have learned that feeling suffocated, bloated, worse, or emotionally discontent is not worth it.

Eating copious amounts of junk food and drinking alcohol for days is not relaxing; it could make you feel like crap! To keep your balance in play, I have some straightforward tips that could help you to stay on track. Usually, plan to have at least THREE healthier main meals and allow yourself to indulge in at least one healthy snack every hour and a half a day or when you decide it is appropriate.

For instance, having a filling smoothie for breakfast is the perfect meal. Make smoothies full of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein, and vitamins to energize you and have a sharp mind during the morning.

The good news is you can make it during the night and sap it into the refrigerator for a few days. That will also save you some critical time. If you have time, you can make some solid breakfast, like a couple of white eggs, half of the onions and green pepper, and a bowl of oatmeal with a handful of blueberries. In that case, you can enjoy the smoothies in between meals. A macro-friendly meal for lunch to get the essential nutrients, including fiber, sure be a serving of quinoa with white chicken or fish like tilapia or salmon.

To ends your day, don't forget to eat 3 hours before going to bed to have enough time to do the digestion productively—a massive plate of salad with no more than a serving of chicken or salmon. To prepare the salad, you can use - 1- bag of green lettuce, fetta cheese, and 1/2 a pepper of your choice color. 12/ chopped onions, a bunch of cherub tomatoes, one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. You will eat fancy and tasty; most importantly, it is healthy nutrition.
